Parent’s Association

The Parents’ Association of Loreto College, Crumlin Road meets once a month. Parents of students from first year right through to sixth years are involved in the association.

The Parents’ Association plays an important role in the school by channeling parents’ views on school policy issues to the Principal and Board of Management. They also contribute to the school newsletter and arrange talks on topics of interest to parents.

Every year they organise a very successful table quiz which is a major fund raiser for the school. The money raised goes towards the cost of extra curricular activities in the school. In this way all students benefit from their work.

The Parents’ Association also supports and helps with the running of major school events such as the school musical and the annual Prize Giving ceremony.
