The School Library
Books

The school library has now been moved in to the main building (Room 40) to make way for the new Dining Hall. It is a lovely bright room right in the heart of the school. It is open every day at lunchtime if you would like to borrow a book to read at home.

The library houses a large collection of both fiction and reference books. It is a very vibrant area with many activities going on all the time: competitions, book reviews, crosswords etc. It is also a lovely area for study and reading, enjoyed by many students each day

The library has internet access and will be available to students for research purposes as well as allowing them access the library catalogue.

Design the Library Bookmark for 2009-2010

Last year, the library ran a competition for students to design a bookmark for library users. Kristelle Neuda's lovely artwork has been a very popular and much requested design.

Deirdre is now looking for a new design. it should be eye catching but simple enough to be reproduced easly.

Deirdre can be contacted by email. if you have any suggestions or want to know if a book is available.

If you have books in good condition that you have finished ansd which might be of interest to others, why not drop them in to Deirdre for our library.
