The Dissolving Boundaries Programme uses Information and Communications Technology (ICT) to facilitate cross-cultural educational linkages between schools in the North and South of Ireland and jointly funded by the two governments.
The 5th Year LCVP class has been invited to participate in a new Enterprise project under the auspices of the Dissolving Boundaries programme. Our school has been linked to Our Lady's Grammar school in Newry and over the school year, the students will collaborate on an enterprise project. They will communicate with each other using Moodle, the virtual learning environment and video conferencing.
The project involves the students investigating women entrepreneurs both sides of the border and creating a website about them which can be used by business students in their studies.
